ADMIN PANEL
The admin team should have the facility to create a new account for customers who will use the website.
They will enter in the clients details such as USERNAME and PASSWORD, contact details.
Then information about their customer such as Weight, Target Weight, Height, Age, Waist Size and a 
few other fields will be inputted.
 
Each weight loss program will last a total of 8 weeks, every week someone from the admin team will log 
in to the website and update a few of the particulars, eg : Weight Waste Size. They will update this each 
week over the eight week period, so the clients can login into the website and they can check their 
progress.
 
When our client logs in to the admin panel, there should be a section where they can do a search for the 
surname so they can edit or update the customers account and their weekly weight update.

When a client logs in to the website they will see a page dedicated to them, containing all the particulars 
that the admin team have filled out. There will be a table on this page that will contain WEEK 1 to WEEK 
8, and every time the admin does the daily week update this will be displayed here.
 
There will be 3 links on this page :
 
1) A link to TRAINING VIDEOS, a page where exercise training videos can be viewed.
 
2) A link to a page where the customers can fill in what they have eat that week, this will be called 
Customers Food Diary. This will just contain each day name eg Monday, Tuesday etc the customer 
should be able to type in a list of what they have eat that week for each day. So one day they may 
have eat eight items but the next day they could eat 10, so it could just be a list. When the admin team 
logs in to the admin panel and does a search for the customer, then the admin team should be able to 
see this info. So they can monitor what the customers are eating. 
 
3) A bit where they can click to see there prvious history if they have taken another course.
 
4) A contact us box, that they can fill in with any questions, that will email the admin team.

The client will have the ability to login and update a client testimonials page with the ability to upload 2 
pictures, a before and an after picture, as well as updating some text about the clients story. We would 
also want the ability to select one of the testimonials to appear on the home page.
 
NOTES:
A customer may want to join the website for another eight week program, so the admin team should be 
able to view the history of the customer and when the client logs in they should be able to view there 
previous weeks. But be faced with another new eight week program with a new target weight.
 
There will be a link on the main home page going to Paypal for the weight loss program payment.
